A website for a psychologist where patients book a visit right away
Klaudia Helik-Mozdrzeń works with children, teenagers and parents. We designed a calm one-page website for her, integrated with TwojPsycholog.pl – in one click the patient goes to booking a slot or writes directly to the psychologist.
How is a psychologist website different from a regular business card site?
A parent looking for a psychologist for their child rarely compares prices. They look for someone they can trust – and make the decision at a moment when things are hard. A website for a psychologist must therefore reassure first, and then shorten the path from “maybe we need help” to a booked visit as much as possible.
That’s why claudiapsychology.pl has no sprawling menu and no ten-field form. There is the psychologist, the areas she helps with, a description of her approach and one button – “Book a visit” – connected to the calendar on TwojPsycholog.pl.
What a parent looking for a child psychologist will see
Four sections of the website – from getting to know the psychologist to booking a visit. All screenshots come from the live website (in Polish).
An “About me” section that builds trust
People don’t go to a psychologist “as a company” – they go to a specific person. That’s why the hero is followed by a warm welcome, education, methods of work and three figures that answer a parent’s first questions: experience, therapeutic approach and the form of sessions – online or in person.

Areas of support instead of a list of services
Six cards: children and teenagers, parenting, family therapy, ADHD, autism spectrum and a child’s emotions. Each card speaks the language of the problem a parent comes with – so the site also answers the phrases people type into Google when looking for help.

How the therapist works
The dark “How do I work?” section explains Solution-Focused Brief Therapy in plain language and breaks it down into three steps. Before the first session the patient already knows what to expect – which takes away a good part of the stress of deciding to start therapy.

One call to action: book a visit
The page ends with an invitation to take the first step and two buttons. “Book a visit” leads straight to the profile on TwojPsycholog.pl, and the second one to Instagram, where the psychologist publishes psychoeducational content. The same booking button stays in the menu at all times.

Booking and contact without a separate system on the website
Klaudia manages her calendar and correspondence with patients on TwojPsycholog.pl, a Polish platform for psychologists and therapists. Instead of duplicating that on the website, we connected the two: the website builds trust, and the platform handles the booking.
Click “Book a visit”
The button is in the menu, in the hero and in the closing section. The patient doesn’t have to look for a phone number or scroll down to a form.
Profile on TwojPsycholog.pl
The psychologist’s verified profile opens in a new tab: experience, areas of help, services and reviews.
Booking or a message
The patient picks a slot in the calendar or writes directly to the psychologist via “Contact the specialist”.

What a psychologist gains from this setup
A calendar without a separate system
Appointments are managed in one place – on TwojPsycholog.pl. The website needs no booking plugin, paid subscription or syncing of two calendars.
Direct contact
A question before the first visit goes straight to the psychologist. No need to answer calls during sessions or publish a private phone number on the site.
Trust from two sources
The website shows personality and the way of working, while the profile on a service that verifies specialists adds reviews and education details.
Visits in the app
Patients using the TwojPsycholog app book and reschedule visits on their phone, so the psychologist doesn’t have to handle it by email.
Have a profile on another service with an appointment calendar? We’ll connect the booking button the same way – the website leads to wherever you already take bookings.
A psychologist website read in the evening on a phone
Parents usually look for help after a long day, phone in hand. On a small screen the psychologist’s photo comes first – a face you can trust – followed by the heading and a short description of who she works with.
The menu collapses into an icon, and the “Book a visit” button sits right below the description in the first section. After a tap, the TwojPsycholog.pl profile opens in the service’s mobile view.

What works on a psychology practice website
Design decisions we carry over to every website for a psychologist, psychotherapist or educational therapist.
Calm, warm design
A beige background, serif headings and subtle scroll animations. The site doesn’t shout – which is exactly what someone looking for help for their child expects.
SEO for patient queries
Headings and support-area cards match queries such as “child psychologist ADHD” or “divorce support for children”.
Phone first
Most parents look for a psychologist on a smartphone. The photo, heading and booking button are within reach from the very first screen.
Connected with Instagram
The website and the Instagram profile complement each other: psychoeducational content builds reach, and the website turns it into booked visits.
The website has no form of its own, so it doesn’t store any messages from patients – the first message and the booking go straight to TwojPsycholog.pl. The practice’s hosting holds no data about who looked for help or why.
Website for a psychologist – frequently asked questions

A one-page website for a psychologist starts from 1,980 PLN net (the EFFECTIVE BUSINESS package). The price includes a custom graphic design, a mobile version, SEO optimization, an SSL certificate, hosting and a domain for the first year, and connecting the booking button to your profile on a service with an appointment calendar.
Yes. The simplest solution is to integrate with the service where you already keep your calendar – as on claudiapsychology.pl, where the “Book a visit” button leads to the profile on TwojPsycholog.pl. The patient books a slot or writes to the specialist, and you don’t maintain a separate booking system on the website.
The minimum is an “About me” section with a photo and education, areas of support described in the patient’s language, information about the approach and form of sessions (online, in person), and a clear booking button visible on every screen. It’s worth adding a link to social media if you publish psychoeducational content.
A profile on a directory looks the same as hundreds of others, and the results list shows the patient your competitors right away. Your own website with your name in the domain lets you tell your story your way, appear in Google for your own phrases and send patients from Instagram to a place where no one else is recommended next to you.
A one-page website like claudiapsychology.pl is usually ready in about 10 business days from the moment we receive the texts and photos. If you don’t have content ready, we help prepare it based on a short conversation.
See the website through a patient’s eyes
Visit claudiapsychology.pl, scroll to the areas of support and click “Umów wizytę” (Book a visit). In a minute you’ll see how short the path is from the website to a profile with booking.
