A website the client extends on their own.
SMSphere runs congresses, galas and product launches. We built a WordPress site where the agency maintains its own portfolio and blog – together with a contact form and mailboxes on the company domain.
A website that does not go stale between rollouts
An event agency lives off its portfolio. After every successful event there are photos worth showing – and if publishing them requires an e-mail to a developer, sooner or later they never make it onto the site at all.
That is why SMSphere got a WordPress site with a panel where case studies and blog posts are added as easily as a document in a word processor. We own the design and the speed, the client owns the content.
What someone looking for an agency actually gets
Four screens – from the offer, through the portfolio and the blog, to sending an enquiry. All screenshots come from the live website.
Six areas of expertise
Congresses, galas, product launches, intimate gatherings, corporate events and private celebrations. Each area has its own page, so the agency ranks separately for every one of those queries.

A portfolio of past events
A separate content type in WordPress: photo, event category, title and description. A new case study shows up in the portfolio the moment it is published – no code, no ticket to us.

A blog with categories
A list of posts with a photo, a category label and a date. The blog is where content lives that attracts search traffic for questions asked long before a request for proposal is sent.

A form that lands in the company inbox
Name, company, e-mail, phone and a description of the event, plus a mandatory GDPR consent. The enquiry arrives at an address on the smsphere.pl domain, with direct team contacts next to the form.

Want to see the admin panel?
The panel sits behind a login, so we don’t show it publicly. Book a free consultation – we’ll walk you through it live, from adding a case study to publishing a blog post.
A new case study takes fifteen minutes
Once logged into WordPress you get “Realizacje” and “Wpisy” in the menu. Both work the same way: title, photo, description, category, Publish. Every rollout comes with training on the panel.
Case studies like posts
The panel menu has its own "Realizacje" entry. Add a title, a photo and an event category, hit Publish – the tile appears in the portfolio.
Blogging without a developer
Posts are written in the WordPress block editor. Formatting, images and paragraphs work just like in a word processor.
Your own media library
Event photos go into the library once and can be reused. The system prepares smaller versions for different screens on its own.
SEO on every piece of content
Below the editor you get title and description fields for Google, with a preview of the search result before you publish.
Enquiries close at hand
The contact form sends the message to the company mailbox, so enquiries land where the team already looks every day.
Updates under control
The panel shows when WordPress or a plugin has a new version. You can click the updates yourself or leave them to us.
The site comes with mailboxes on your domain
It is the part of a rollout clients rarely think about when ordering a website – and the one that changes how the company looks in correspondence the fastest.
An address on your domain
biuro@smsphere.pl and oferty@smsphere.pl instead of a free mailbox. A domain address is part of the brand – it shows up in every proposal you send.
A mailbox for every person
The team gets personal addresses and the company keeps separate role mailboxes. One person leaving does not take the correspondence history along.
Records configured properly
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up during the rollout, so messages from the company address do not land in recipients’ spam folders.
At SMSphere it works like this: the form enquiry lands in a mailbox on the domain, and the team replies from the personal addresses shown in the contact section.
Why a WordPress website is worth it
Instead of a site that freezes on launch day – a tool the client keeps extending, at the pace of their own projects.
Content without invoices
Every new case study and every post takes the client fifteen minutes – no change requests sent to the agency.
Growing visibility
Separate pages for each area of expertise and regular posts give Google more and more material to index.
Fully responsive
The same layout – from the hero to the form – reads just as well on a phone on the way to an event as on a desktop.
The site belongs to the client
WordPress on your own hosting, with no builder subscription and no lock-in once our collaboration ends.
See the website the way your client will
